In a world full of agile fintechs gaining marketshare, we’ve had to climb out of our comfort zone and embrace change. CSX is a digital only offering from Credit Suisse, the aim is to compete with fintech’s and gain market share in a competitive market. In this session, I will talk about the move to a fully digital solution, our progess so far, and the lessons we are learning.
